But not so fast, experts say: Another crisis could certainly happen, but the problem is no one knows when it will come or the shape it will take.

With Federal Reserve officials signaling the coast is clear for another interest-rate rise next week, it may be a useful exercise to consider potential potholes on the financial-stability landscape.
